End of day Pick up

Bearcat Families,

Thank you for your patience as we navigate a higher volume of families than ever during afternoon pickup. Our staff members on car duty have shared concerns about maintaining a safe dismissal process for all students.

Chief Dortch, Officer Lo, and I are currently reviewing possible alternative pickup locations for families who walk up. Until a new plan is finalized, walk-up families will be added to the dismissal list in the same order as families in the car line. Parking and walking to the pickup area will not provide earlier dismissal or allow families to move ahead of those already waiting.

We appreciate your patience, cooperation, and understanding as we work to create the safest and most efficient dismissal process for everyone.
